Most of us would struggle with some elements of Christmas – whether it’s challenging relationships, addictions, financial strains or simply the pressure of “the perfect Christmas”.
That’s why K9s 4 Valour, who works to increase awareness of PTSD and to provide service dogs for past and present serving First Responders who are experiencing PTSD, put together 24 tips that will help you all the way to Christmas.
